Hi all, just wanted to get a few frustrations out. I stopped smoking on New Years eve, and its driving me crazy. I keep thinking and dreaming of the little white sticks day and night. I have stopped before and don't remember it being this bad... maybe its because I am more determined not to start up again this time. Its no longer a social habit!!! I have to make a concerted effort to take my mind off it all the time, and that means I cannot get anything done if you know what I mean. I'm driving the people around me crazy cos my normally very tollerant nature has gone out the window. I find I am sat at the computer from getting up to going to bed, apart from work, then I don't think too much.... arggghhh.
