Bloody hell, u cant progress without competition. Competition makes you to give ur freakin best. No competition means u r happy with whatever u r giving, and that satisfaction ultimately kills progress.

Irrespective of who is in Bombay, the strategic location of Mumbai always makes it a very important place. And that ensures that the locals will have something to do. Maybe not as much.
FYI: Maharashtrians are not very hard working people. I am in Pune where i know the typical Maharashtrian mindset. Shopkeepers open their shop from 10 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 730 pm. Their convenience is more imp to them than customers'. Thats not how you will progress in consumer industry.

U mean Maharashtrians are clean and not into corruption and all?

Well what I know is: The fellows from UP/Bihar come down to Mumbai to make a lot of money with their family in Some village. They work almost 18-20 hours a day and make more money than the local ones. Now local guys get pissed off with this thing. How come someone who is migrating and making more money than me? Thats the point! Money is the root, Mosieur, The political parties dont give a shit to *moral* or say any damn type of corruption!
