Someone rightly said, if they are indeed worried(i say they as Uddhav has jumped in also) about the Maharashtrians they should be more worried about the SEZ's that will be opened in Maharastra thats gonna bring in more "foreign staters" and more importantly displace the poor farmers. But those guys are too few and too petty to fight over.
Anyway this is nothing new. South India has seen a anti hindi riot also and its spreading to north now. Thankfully the northern states share a language in Hindi so we are safe there
Well, demagoguery is in their blood.
They know exactly the issues which can incite communal disturbances and prove to be beneficial for their political careers.
Thr is no doubt tht the last week or so has gained Raj the kind of limelight which he cud have only dreamed of before. This is what he needs so tht more ppl get to know about him.. negative or positive publicity, doesnt matter...
And i'm afraid, he has successfully achieved his motive.
If he goes to jail, he'll become an even bigger hero for the masses.
But his politics can only be described as
penny-wise, pound-foolish..
He has alienated himself from a much bigger votebank in the process..
