unfortunately fast typing and the belief that word will take care of the grammar are really the key to bad punctuation in real world internet(forget sms). There is always the feeling at the back of the mind that
1) word will take care or suggest changes
2) frankly who cares if we got it wrong
3) the reader is dumb anyway to notice
