Have been waiting for this movie for ages, finally saw it today , was really excited and expected a lot from this movie.

Story:

Its about the origin of Iron Man. How the Tony Stark who was called as Merchant of Death became a the protector of man kind. In this movie Tony Stark is being kidnapped by a terrorist group, and ordered to create a super advanced missile for them. Stark barely survives the accident and is being kept alive by a pacemaker developed by him with help of his fellow captive Dr.Yinsen (a compact arc reactor, this device later powers his power suit). Tony develops a super armor with built in weapon system instead of the missile. This allows him to escape the terrorists and flee back to his home.



Back home he announces that Stark company will not produce any destructive weapon hereafter , but his business partner, Obadiah Stane makes sure all these doesn't happen and makes Tony Stark to keep a low profile. During this time Tony improves his armor suit and perfects it. In the meantime he learns that Stane has a link with the terrorist group which kidnapped him. Stane builds an armor similar to Tony's and plans to destroy him. Will Tony stop Stane's plan?? Find it out in the movie

Performances:

Robert Downey Jr. did a very good job in this movie as Tony Stark and Iron Man. He gave life to his role by brining in humor as well some very good action. Paltrow also did her part as Stark's personal secretary well. Other casts did their job well, couldn't find any fault.

Director Favreau did a very good job with the cast and the movie overall.

Effects:

The movie has a very few nos. of actions scenes. But all the special effects were done very well. Iron Man's armor design was brilliant. The movie features the construction of the armor in 3 levels.



Music:

I remember only one music being played throughout the movie which was pretty good. Was expecting the Black Sabbath's Iron Man sound track to come in some part of the movie but it came only after the movie ended , its the only disappointment for me from this movie .

Conclusion:

Being a fan of Iron Man, i had loads of expectation for this movie and must say am really satisfied and will be watching this movie again next week . From what i saw in the theater every one enjoyed this movie and i heard claps as well during some scenes.
