8th place was snagged by Natalie Imbruglia (likewise the subject of my everlasting worship), there were other Australians to get into the top ten, but I can't think of their names, so they don't mean much to me,

9th place went to American actress Hayden Panettiere (there was a comment from the editors that they'd have no objection to seeing HP in a schoolgirl outfit again)
