There are two ways of loosing weight. The Hard way and the easy way.
The Hard way
Have atleast 6 small meals daily. Drink atleast 4 liters of water daily.
Breakfast : 2 egg whites/Oatmeal/Brown bread , 1 fruit , Milk.
Post Breakfast : 1 fruit
Lunch : 1 chapati , Green veggi ( Have as much as you can ) , Dal/chicken breast , salad.
Post lunch : 1 fruit, Sweet corn , Milk
Dinner : 1 chapati , fish/chicken breast , green veggi , salad.
Post dinner : 6 almonds , fruit
Remember to drink as much water as you can. The calorie intake in your diet should be less then half of what you normally take.
The Easy way ( Crash diet )
Breakfast : Milk, 1 Fruit
Lunch : Cabbage soup
Dinner : Salad, 1 Fruit.
Again drink as much water as you can.
Be it any form of diet, exercise is very very important. You need to burn calories and for that you need to exercise. Even if you don't wanna hit the gym its fine. Just go for a walk or jog on the spot. Do some aerobic exercises for atleast half an hour daily.
