Drink plenty of water.
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar.
Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is either manufactured or had any other source.
Live with 3-E’s (Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy)
Make time 4 exercising.
Be happy as much as you can.
Read more books.
Sit in silence for at least 10min each day.
Sleep for at least 7hrs daily.
Take a 10-30min walk each day.
