hmm.. if when u r idle, i.e. zero speed, the speedo shows as 10kmph, then by the laws of ratio and proportion, the actual speed against the indicated 90kmph is,
0 : 10 = x : 90
or,
x = 0*90/10
x = 0

hence proved!
