abt my diet i kinda eat abt 5 small meals a day....
mornin 2 dosa
noon rice 2 cups , veggies
evenin abt 2-3 hrs bfore workout fruits,veggies
nite 2 rotis/dosa

i ll have atleast one cheatmeal per week......
