He is just telling that people shouldn't fake injuries. Indians have the habit of NOT being "truthful" cos they fear their place in the team.
Take Munaf Patel for example, he doesn't need a medical certificate to prove he is unfit. One can tell by the way he walks on the field. IMHO, we lost WC 2007 in windies because of that moron, even a couple of overseas tests
