cuz when i approach 6-7k rpm on first gear on ma p150 classic, the engine is no longer as smooth (actually smooth as butter) as it is just 1k rpm short. like it starts vibrating a wee bit. what can be the cause?

also, i got the bike services recently from castrol bike zone here. they made major rehaul of engine (they said it was suprising it was running so well considering the inards of the engine my first bike ) they changed piston rings etc. do i need to run it in again?

it has done about 300kms now. can i red line it? (hope i am not sounding too TBish.... just wanna learn.)
Normally i dont shift till i touch 8.5K RPM ( power drops sharply @ 8750RPM for me ) but...i have fresh rebore run in, new crank, new engine bearings, new con rod and its bearings, new top end bearing blah blah blah hehehe

vibrations...get your crank checked. same case happened with mine. starts vibrating badly @ 7K...revved much more freely with new crank assy.

Major rehaul. what exactly did they do? did u see the worn out parts? could you make differnce b/w worn out n new ones?

new piston rings...run in not needed...bikey pls correct me if i'm wrong
