They have had 60 yrs since independance. Quota is not the way.

If the govt is REALLY concerned, let them give financial aid to poor OBC students who get in through general merit.

I am against quots completely. Even for SC/STs. Let the govt strengthen the lower education level to show it is really committed to the cause of the backward castes....
