After all that,they just brought a 1960 tech 100cc engine from a toy bike,fit it to 50 different bikes and sell them as new products every month...only thing they do is make body panels,stickers and other plasic parts.

Look at other manufacturers,Bajaj had tie-up with kawa and TVS with zuki,today..they no longer depend on their japanese counterpart,they know how to make engines. HH is better off making plastic toys and cosmetics products for villagers...
