thanks for the compliments tifosi.
Discovery has put Levi Leipheimmer as their leader and rightly so, eventhough Popovich has won the young rider award in 2005 he still lacks something which is worthy of a yellow jersey.
Hincapie never touted as potential winner but he is capable of winning a stage or two, so this time around expect him to kill the peloton for Leipheimmer like he used to do for Armstrong.
Discovery will surely feel the absence of Joce Azevedo and Poulo Svoldelli.
T- Mobile after the uncovering of Operation Puerto is ruining loss of its top stars in drug net and Andreas Kloden has moved to Astana, so this year the emphasis in on youth, given time they will be a force to reckon with.
Btw there will be an interesting battle within Team Astana as Vinoukorov and Kloden will fight for top billing. Vinokourov has not yet forgetten the leg pulling techniques of Team T-Mobile in 2005 when for support of Ullrich and Kloden they pulled him out of him many brave attacks and killed his overall prospect, thats when he was supposed to join Discovery but talks fell off and he refused to be a soldier of Armstrong army.
Edit after reading safins post :
he he free time is never there for anyone you have to snatch from thin air for your passions, isn`t it?
While preparing material for this thread i read somewhere that Landis is still not absolved of his winning position last year due to pending result of his appeal against his ban and testing methods, thats why he still is mentioned as the champion.
