err if china soaks up majority of the uranium, it would become the second black gold, with a scarcity of uranium, the prices would go up, making nuclear energy a big no-no. though chances of that happening are bleak, but is a possibility.
China is making sure that it doesn't starve of power, like the way India is right now.
