I too agree with lozil. MY friend here has an activa too..he is quite happy with it..and he gets an average of around 42-45kmpl in normal riding conditions..40-60 kmph..

Besides, HH Pleasure looks girly too. And they evn portray it as a girly bike.. (remember tht priyanka ad? Why shud boys have all the fun? )

Also i think, it wud be best if u stay away from kinetic scooters. They are very unreliable in the long run. Kinetic nova is an example. Most of their bikes suffer fromt he same problems tht plague bajaj bikes. Quality issues. They lose value within a few months. So i wudnt recommend the flyte either.

I think, if u are not interested in the Activa, then going for the aviator wudnt make much difference either. There is no difference in the engine and specifications. You'll not get any better average from it either.

Apart from these bikes, the Suzuki Access seems solid too. It looks sober like Activa and seems solid. Test ride it as well. However i doubt u'll get more than 40-45 kmpl from it either.

thanks for detailing pr.

but the question is here i have seen a lot of people complaining about poor FE of Activa.

today if possible i am going to test drive the access.

and i know very well automatic transmission scooters are not going to give more than 45 kmpl. but i dont want an elephant which takes away 25/30 kmpl.

Yeah, Test ride it. Thts the best way to judge the performance of a bike. Besides, Access also has the largest of all the engines in the bikes mentioned here along with the flyte. Its a 125cc scoot..so yeah, it'll definitely feel peppier than the rest of the bikes, but i guess, the extra 'cc' will definitely affect the mileage adversely. It may give lesser mileage than a well maintained activa..
It wud be better if u surf around the xbhp/tbhp forums and get in touch with those who have bought the access, to get an idea of the real world mileage tht they may be getting.

i took opinion of two/three after market service people who run their own garages.

all had the same voice Activa is a well of petrol.

two have recommended Access and if i get time on monday i am gonna go test drive it and will update it.

Flyte i saw one on the roads and it was too girly, if i purchase i will have to bear the old scooty pep as flyte will be gobbled up by my wife

at last i made my purchase.

Infact i was made to purchase.

Access : six months and more waiting period :damn:
Aviator : 3-4 months waiting period
activa 10 days waiting (idid not want it)

at last only thing which was available is Pleasure and i grabbed it.

Runs smooth no problems for 2 days which i have owned it. Havent noticed any thing unworthy.

As i was in need of something which will carry me from clinic to home and back in traffic and if the need be my family members can drive it i am satisfied with it.

I was not on look out for something with a puch of performance and like that so i settled for it.

costed me 43146/- on road including taxes, insurance, rto, accessories.

Not a single dealer or single company is ready to bargain for gearless vehicles as there is terrific demand for it.
