An excellent technical resource site

Some time back some guys were asking for links to techical docs and presentations, and i forgot to mention this.
Now today i was looking for a technical doc myself and went straight to my resource bookmarks

Anyway if you are looking to find things on the web?(Especially scientific papers and journals) apart from google scholar, here is a good resource:

Digital Librarian: Magazines and Journals
An excellent site all around. Lists almost all topics(from medicine to environmental science). Its a great compilation of the best links on the web and chances are you will find what you want by following a link from here. The paid and the free resources are mentioned clearly too..
