Honestly i won't recommend any. Even for Sat, the best way to build vocab is by actually reading books. You build stronger much more "in use" vocab plus it doesn't feel like you are remembering that way.
Get hold of novels and newspapers, and have a dictionary handy and just puzzle out the difficult words(basically don't open dictionary every time, just find meaning in context)
