Idiots.

There should be one common exam and that should be it. Board exams are useless where any idiot who can by heart would score marks. Moreover, presentation and hand writing skills gain more points in those board exams.

Why can't sane fellows make decisions?

Decision of min. marks criteria of 80% was critisised all over. They have canceled this decision.

Minimum 12th percentage required is still 60%.
