yep .. a free lancer hired by Reuters manipulated these photos using photoshop or a similar software . Reuters even admitted their mistake..

Well this is rather rampant in india. Old footage, footage mixed from elsewhere etc is used. Like in the case of recent floods in mumbai, last years footage was used to make it more dramatic...........
