During Diwali we have lot's of 'Chiwda'(chiwda- preperation of flakes(rice flakes)) made at home.
I just make 'tamarind water'(keeping tamarind in water. That water becomes ....ummm tasty).
Then all is ready.
Then for serving, take plate full of 'chiwda' 2*Tomatoes & 1*Onion and add tamarind water. Mix It n you are ready to GO

It tastes like 'Bhel'(sometimes even better than Bhel).

Apple shake or whatever you call it:
Take Glass full of milk, add sugar to it. Then add pieces of Apple. When you have mixed it well, put it in freezer and serve the other day.

When you meal is boring, you just need 'Pickle' to enjoy it.
