I have fallen 2-3 times from my bike, but at low velocities. No damage to helmet, but once my gloves tore and I was pretty thankful that my palm was saved. Gloves are very important, coz the first things that instictively meet the ground are our hands.

I have Studds Ninja Helmet, which can be used as both full face and half face. Dunno it's price or it's protective qualities as it was given to me by my uncle. Guyz, Please reply if this is a good helmet, coz if not I'll have to buy a new one...

Are i dont remember if it was 2005 or 2006 But Kimi used this awesome helmet... I wish i could get that design... It existed back then as i actually spotted it once while i was travelling..

Please don't use the hybrid helmet. Always use only the full face helmet.

Today the shop guy showed me a hybrid helmet which costs 6k. He was actually very knowledgeable. So i asked him how safe is this hybrid helmet, he frankly accepted that they aren't as safe as the full face helmets ( whereas in another helmet shop the salesman told these are safe blah blah blah). I do agree these hybrid helmets are really comfortable n all but they come at a cost.

helmet cracking after a fall is a sign of a good helmet, it means that it has taken the impact of the fall, and not transferred to your head.

Mine AGV is now 2+ years old, i'm searching for a Shoei or an Arai helmet as a replacement. WIll cost a lot, but will be much cheaper than getting my head fixed in a hospital

Helmet....Damn it !!!

In Morning....I witnessed an accident, though from distance.....but witnessed it.......

Morning hurry caused to loose that Lady's Life.....the boy escaped the wrath of cars speeding on Highway but the Lady cud not....I dunno what hapnd...but saw that lady's Skull crack under the Car's tyre...

Yes, She was wearing a Helmet, but you know, what kinda helmet ladies wear

The boy was holding on the bike hence he was slided aside the road.....the lad fell off the in middle of the road...

It was a horrifying experience & I stopped for a Second.....
I took my Bike to the side & helped her body to the side of the Road...alongwith others....we called emergency numbers...the boy was taken to Hospital but the Dead Body wasnt...as it would be a Police case now....but i didnt waited for Police to arrive....

I just cant get that image of getting head squashed from my mind.....

I have Seen death twice in two days......not mine but of others.....

^^Thats the sad case in India, none of them bother about the helmet, don't even care about it. All they need is something over the head to cover them from the cops' fine
I really like to thank my dad, he started making me use the helmet from the start and made me realize how important it is.

P.S. I even used a helmet for TVS XL (70cc) when i go in it to school, many criticized it but i didn't bother.

and one more thing which made use the helmet always is that my eyes will start watering if i go more than 30kmph, so without a helmet i really can't ride a bike.
