CBS Series : India vs Australia 1st ODI 2008

Moving on, the CBS ODI series is kicking off on Sunday, February 3rd 2008. It is a D/N game at brisbane where India clashes with the Aussies. The selectors of the indian team wanted a young indian team barring Sachin Tendulkar and Team india is here for just fielding. People who watched the match yesterday will know what young blood can do with the bat.

Yuvraj singh is expected to play in the final 11 along with sachin. Hope the batting lasts atleast for 25 overs this time.

i suspect yuvraj is going to be a big failure in this series with hard australian pitches and his arrogance adding to his downfall.

Rohit Sharma is a promising youngster, if groomed well.

Sachin, if he enjoys himself will be a force aussie cant stop.

Sehwag has attained the form at the right time.

Bowlers have done good, even though we will miss RP and Zaheer, Ishant and Pathan can do really well in this situation.

I wont be surprised if we win 5/6 matches out of 8 allotted. But thats overconfidence in hindsight
