Dean was caught with his pants down only because - he used the word on wrong person with wrong profile.

It seems Amla is very religious guy & devout follower - so with that single offhand remark or utterance Mr.Jones has extrapolated being devout akin to being a terrorist.

Or in another words - All terrorists are devout followers and that is a very bold statement to make and there-in lies the folly of his thinking or in his words the impromptu comment.

Its not the remark per-se but on whom & why & the context he has used it that as gone against him.

And i don't think its going to effect his career - expect that he may have lost few fans but he might have gained few too - who knows

agreed but saying that does not make a person a terrorist or racial. Its an offhand remark made in a offhand manner. why not take it offhandedly. He is not a regualr offender after all

umm.,.... that is actually true (of course, the terrorists follow a totally different version of the Quran than other SANE mulsims).....

But most terrorists act in the belief that their "sacrifice" and "war on infidels" will take them to paradise.

Of course, what is NOT true is the fact that ALL devout are terrorists.....

Surely.. I would agree on that, as a matter of fact, he lost a few fans but gained a lot of political mileage through that! But anyway, it isnt going to affect him, What i believe is, it was his hypocracy which was caught on AIR! Thankfully!
