Probably true, but he was not really bad in ODIs where he was an all time great...and comparing Saurav and Dravid is <put smth tat fits>
Saurav's a far far far far better and imposing player compared to Dravid in ODIs...just as its the other way in tests.

It was shocking to see sehwag trying to cut everything...He just puts his weight on the backfoot expecting to cut everything...just sits on the backfoot all the time...sometimes moving away to the legstump to cut....There are other shots that can be played too...you cant be one-dimensional....

yes sehwag has somehow come to believe that he is known for cuts and sixes over third man and he can do that anywhere.
imo you play the same type of shot all the time and very soon all teams will come up with a strategy to combat you. look ata dada even. He was god on offside. But now they don't give him anything on off.
