In another case of leaked sms from gregy boy (greg chapell) just before the team comes back to India, Greg Chapell has blamed the president selection board(Dilip Vengsarkar) and senior players for the world cup debacle.

In an sms to a senior journalist Chapell says:

• he was not happy with the team
• That vengsarka was influenced by the senior players in the selection and that he wanted a younger squad(especially raina) -> "Even in the last selection meeting, I fought for youth. The senior players fought against it and the chairman went with them out of fear of media, if youth did not perform,"
• Chappell wrote in his SMS.
• He also says that kartik is a captain material
• And says that Yuvraj considers himself a star.

While there might be some truth in the above, here are my questions

• can't this idiot ever come out and say his mind openly. why leaked sms,email always
• What the hell did he want? Raina in the team when he was consistently failing. How would that have helped. He is taking a shot at Sourav here. But Sourav scored runs there. If he was not there, we might not have won Bermuda even.
• He seems to find captain like material very fast. How long has he seen kartik? wasn't he the won who pronounced Dravid the best captain India ever had(in his book release). We all know Dravid is nothing of the sort.

I read Clive llyod's article in some magazine and he says, dravid is one of the best captains in the world. What will he do if the team fails?
He is the toughest indian, mentally!
