Has Harsha lost his touch?

Somehow, watching this T20 world cup, i don't see Harsha Bhogle taking centerstage and being his lively self.

He seems subdued, no real wizecracks and i guess the post match interviews are also pretty dull (maybe cos of the guests he has)

Forget the Indian team, even Harsha is giving the impression of fatigue to me (Btw where is Gautam Bhimani? )

Not really... Maybe a bit... He didnt have much commentary time too.

They weaved his brain along with the hair maybe

I guess its indeed his hair. He looks different and somehow not the kind of pleasing personality he was before

Its not about the commentary time,, its just that the pre and post match show is terribly boring now a days. maybe its the T20 thing, thats why. TOo less to analyze and debate over.

when he was with ESPN-STAR, all those good analysis with Geoffrey Boycott, Sunil Gavaskar and others with a bit of leg pulling involved etc made it fun to watch.

I can still remember Geoffrey go "even my mum could catch that" kind of stuff..


Now he is put in with dumb people who don't add much themselves...and not a lot of leg pulling stuff that happens..

He is still with espn-star. But as you also said, the present team is a total lackluster affair
