News India pile it on - 2nd test
I didn't watch a single ball today But looks like India has done remarkably well

Jaffer not out 192 (he must be am sure planning to go out and kick the umpires for taking bad light with 8 overs to spare hope he gets his double tomorrow.) Hope dada gets a 100 too

Summary of the match from cricinfo
Wasim Jaffer played some gorgeous strokes through out the day. There were delightful flicks and drives that were punctuated by some on-the-up punchy drives through the off side. Pakistan had their share of problems: Shoaib looked pretty unfit and struggled to complete his overs, Sami started off promisingly but drifted away and Tanvir, for some reason, kept feeding Jaffer on that middle and leg line. Younis Khan, the captain - Malik is injured and is not in the team - even turned to Yasir Hameed's leg spin and made Tanvir bowl left-arm spin but were thwarted by some fine batting from Jaffer and Tendulkar. Finally, Kaneria broke through with a googly to dismiss Tendulkar but Pakistan lacked intensity and had run of ideas as the day wore on.

India 352/3 (84.3 overs)

Dada got his 100 really needed that. Eden Gardens needed that

Pakistan already 1 down and from what i saw, that pitch is breaking up real fast. Its absolute dry. I don't see Pakistan lasting till 5th day here.

What a dream start for Kumble though 100% win record

^ Well, That would be a great morale booster ahead of the australian tour. However i feel the indian pace attack hasn't been tested yet, which is going to be crucial in australia.. Hope sreesanth gets a game soon..

Anyway India has blown away almost a golden chance to win the match.
301 ahead india and still playing. If they declare tomorrow early, then i reckon pakistan might go for it post lunch and India might even lose it
