Shahid Afridi breaks the record of most sixes in ODIs!

Pakistan's current captain breaks the world record of hitting most sixes in ODI version of the game! He has smashed total of 272 sixes in 296 ODIs he have played!




Before, this record was held by Sanath Jayasuriya who had 270 sixes to his name in 444 ODIs he had played!



He broke this world record while making a swashbuckling century against Bangladesh where he scored 124 in just 60 balls!

To be honest, he is one of the best batsmen to watch when he is in full song

When he is in form....there's no1 to stop him

But the fact remains that he is not consistent. Earlier on he was a treat to watch when he was in full flow but frankly he never progressed beyond the slogger image. Sehwag on the other hand has improved his skills and consistency Afridi needed to do the same.
