ganguly is a 100 miles away from being selected he doesnt deserve to be in the team currently because of his horrible form...if he gets runs then he SHOULD be in the team shooting and havin fun with rifles like the other fellas and i think sehwag was always kinda overweight...now he is bald and stuff makes him look worse!!!

I feel that Ganguly was treated really really badly. I will always blame Greg Chappell for that. (and Dalmiya too for leaking the email).

I am now hoping and praying Ganguly does something good and is selected to the 11 and performs well till the end of the WC 2007.

Whatever said and done, he was the best captain we have had in recent years. I love Rahul Dravid as a batsman (and a Vice captain)..... but I dont think he is aggressive enough....We need someone aggressive to be captain (remember how Australi flourished under Steve Waugh??)

I believe he deserves a second chance. Don't forget that the last "second chance " he got in 1996 (after the debalce in 1992).

Gangulys perfomance in the test arena in the last few years have been poor, but he still is an amazing ODI player....thats his forte...He has always been a leading light in the shorter version of the game...well above dravid and on par with Sachin as an ODI player...he is among ODI cricket`s all time greats...easily.
