Don't be a blind supporter. I am inclined to believe that dada does have an overpowering personality and wants hiw own way. That is fine.
But what is not fine is how he goes to the media and tries to make every issue a media issue. Case in point was this PC itself.

The group of protesters, holding banners, also appealed to Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan to make Ganguly the team's sole leader.
They said if Shah Rukh Khan did not bring a change to the coach's decision, they would stop screening of the actor's movies in Behala, where Ganguly lives.

Buchanan also added insult to injury by adding, “Sourav, Dravid and Laxman have reached the twilight in T20 cricket.”
Ganguly had ridiculed the idea of having "rotating captains" for KKR team saying “tomorrow I can jump out and say we need four batting coaches, four John Buchanans and Shah Rukh Khan can say we need six Andy Bichels.”
Ganguly, who during his national captaincy days had a similar spat with then India coach Greg Chappell, said he was not consulted about this Buchanan’s new concept and he learnt about it from the press.
“I was not consulted on the captaincy issue before the final decision was made,” Sourav said earlier while talking to a news channel.
“I learnt about it from the press,” added the southpaw.
Buchanan, however, rubbished all the reports and said that Ganguly “was aware of all the captaincy changes”.

Buchnan must have thought, he already informed ganguly last year. Dada must have thought he needs to be reminded every year. Can't you realize, he can't learn from his past
Btw, his antics are funny, hence he is a reason to smile
I'm not a blind supporter

Mumbai, Mar 31 (PTI) Kolkata Knight Riders today dumped their cricket manager John Buchanan's idea of having multiple captains and said there would be only "one" captain for the side for the second season of Indian Premier League.
However, the KKR thinktank did not specify whether Sourav Ganguly will remain captain saying a decision on the issue will be taken in South Africa where the Twenty20 tournament begins on April 18. Knight Riders management in a statement, following a meeting of Ganguly, Buchanan and team owner Shah Rukh Khan at the Bollywood superstar's bungalow 'Mannat' here this afternoon, said, "The captain for the team is one and only one as in the case in most sports." Seeking to put an end to the controversy after the Australian coach announced that Ganguly will not be the sole captain, the statement continued, "Needless to say the term 'multi captains' has raised a few eyebrows and questions.
"The idea is to have a set of strategists as is always the case classically in cricket, who will form a team of four to five core experts in the field of fielding, bowling, batting and data, etc. These coaches or strategists will assist the one captain on field with their viewpoints on the game-plan set earlier or shoot from the hip as the case may be. PTI Was it a marketing gimmick?

However Buchanan is known to be a very ego centric man, I would be interested in how he reacts if things don't go to his plan

New Zealand's Brendon McCullum has replaced Sourav Ganguly as captain of Kolkata Knight Riders, according to reports.
The Knight Riders take on the Deccan Chargers in Newlands on Sunday.
Weeks before, the Knight Riders' Australian coach John Buchanan had created a furore when he brought up the theory of multiple captains for his team for the second edition of the IPL in South Africa.
It remains to be seen whether McCullum stays as captain for the entire edition or on a rotational policy. Dada When SRK assured him there will be only one captain for his team, dada took it for granted that he will be the obvious choice.
