thats cos in Australia they have other sports to look upto and care about.
In India its just one sport. And people care about that sport only(no point saying we play other sports, its only cricket thats pan Indian sport and binds this nation.)

So in India you can't do things Australian way. They can have failures there(btw none of the young blood failed in Australia and if they did they sack them fast too) but even if they did they have other sports to look at over some time.

In India we have India vs Australia super series coming up later this year. can we tolerate our young team failing against them? I don't think so.

India needs to improve its fielding. I saw the challen' series in chennai and fielding was remarkable in certain spots, but awful in certain areas.
Overall the future as far as fielding is concerned looks good.

On the other point u say that there are not any sports played in india, i think that should make all our lives easier as we can concentrate on making the game which is already popular. India has a team, which may perform or may not. Accept that.
Apart from Dravid you can't depend on any other individual to perform. Dravid performs 99% of the times when you need him. He doesn't get support.

I go with you, but slowly india must stop riding on THE GREAT INDIAN Batting line up, in a way it is becoming more comical and mocking than actually holding true to that tag and must inject fresh blood.

Bowling looks fine, but we need spinners. Yuvi must start to bowl like gayle. 10 overs solid. Ganguly IMO should retire having made a reasonably good comeback and must give way to others to contribute and i believe if he has to do something good for indian cricket, he must retire. DADA would turn 35 this july 8th. So he too must walk out.

But sachin and dravid should go on for another 2 years, but sachin needs to prove a lot more. Dravid i think he wont quit, knowing what a guy he is, Mentally the strongest indian EVER to have played the game.

Jack of many?
There are 1 billion ppl and having multiple games would do good to a lot of ppl.
In india atleast in the future, sports should be one profession ppl shud look forward to. The story is [OFF TOPIC HERE], Only MS/MBA/CRICKET is the norm nowadays.

Shane watson had a very good series in India and btw was dropped from Australian team when he was not performing.

Being master of 1 game is fine, but you aren't a master of that and as it is a game is meant to be played and all countries "play" all the games that are there and in Australia's case they are master of many(swimming,rugby,hockey,sailing)
