Nice thread... though couldn't read it all... I consider both of them gr8 bowlers. No comparison .. You cant argue in anyways against them .. But one thing to learn from this is to know, when to retire. And to retire on top of one's game! .. Hats off Mr. Warne, without you the art of leg spin wouldn't have generated so much interest .. As good as Kumble is, he isnt great for promoting legspin....
Now theres none thats like Warne or even close...McGill will come in but he is erratic n also past 35...The world needs another champion Leg spinner...For the next knight we wait...

umm i don't think he actually did that.
remember he has had this retirement drama before also.
After that Indian tour and just before WC also when he failed the dope test.
yes this time i reckon its for real and a good time also to go, but well we have seen it before

He is a better bowler cos of a born defect which gives him an unfair advantage over normal people. Whatever ICC might say, this guy chucks and rules were bent to accommodate him.
Agree'd. I'm tired of ICC bending most of the time for star players. They pass Murli, have no problems with PCB fluctuating in their decision about the doping tests.
