Budget Breakup
Total Budget = $100 or Rs. 5000 approx.
Duration = 45 Days.
No. of Contests to be held in 45 Days = 3 Prizes to be awarded in a single contest = 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and 2 Consolation Prizes. Value of 1st Prize = Rs. 500 Value of 2nd Prize = Rs. 250 Value of Consolation Prize = Rs. 100
1st Prize : 1 x 3 = Rs. 1500
2nd Prize : 1 x 3 = Rs. 750
Consolation Prizes : 2 x 3 = Rs. 600
Total Budget for Contests = Rs. 2850
The Winner of the Best Member Award ( The winner has to win a minimum of 4 Member of the week awards so there is a chance that there will be no Best Member award. ) will be given a prize worth Rs. 500
Winner of the Monthly Arcade Championship will be awarded with a Prize worth Rs. 500
Total = Rs. 3850
Money Left = Rs. 1250
The money left will be spent purchasing new skins, badges, features etc. I will hire a professional to design these things or it will just be carried to the next budget.
This is just a rough estimate to give you an idea. Ofcourse, I will consult you guys before implementing this budget.
