an interview with Cineblitz magazine has brought to light the differences with the Kapoor household about having Deepika as a bride

It was already in the news that Neetu Singh(Ranbir's mother) was not too happy with Deepika.

It is a well known fact that Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor are struggling to keep up their relationship. Ranbir's mother Neetu Singh is not doing any good to their relationship either with her comments. Neetu was heard as saying Deepika was just another girlfriend in her son's life. The actress of the yesteryears also added that both of them were young and marriage was a long way to go and it was also not sure if they would stick to each other.

Neetu was initially not fond of Deepika and this had resulted in Deepika and Ranbir's first breakup before their Bollywood debuts. Neetu had a liking for Ranbir's Saawariya costar Sonam Kapoor who was known to them since childhood. Deepika's entry marked the end for Ranbir-Sonam friendship. Now Neetu has publicly expressed her dislike against Deepika. The Om Shanti Om girl will find it tough to impress her mother-in-law if she ties the knot with Ranbir.

Now in a recent interview Deepika has this to say

Q: What do you have to say about Neetu Singh being not too happy with you and Ranbir?
A: Please ask her as to why she is not happy but as far as i am concerned i am happy and secure with Ranbir and we will marry soon inspite of anything around us

Looks like its about time the serial dumper truck gets dumped herself for once, which am sure will happen if Ranbir's parents are not too happy with her

I'd reckon that Deepika would be well shot of him...... Maybe she could hook up with aamir, john abraham or shahrukh - at least they're manly men......
