but i never knew it`ll be this much exciting.....

An action sequence near the beginning of the James Bond film Casino Royale features Sébastien Foucan being chased across a construction site, using free running to escape.

You can search for the term free running in yuo tube as well as google video they`re excellent and you`ll find tons and tons on them

there were many movies made on free running the names of which you can find in the link given above of wikipedia

I wish there were instructors in India to teach all this stuff
