Tom Cruise’s lawyer is looking into legal action after allegations on the internet that his client had a homosexual affair.

Porn producer Paul Barresi published a chapter of his new book on his website, which included the claim that a man tried to sell him his account of an affair with the Hollywood star.

Now Cruise’s lawyer Bert Fields says he is investigating legal recourse to get the “utterly, 100-per-cent false” account removed from Barresi’s website, and will definitely sue if the chapter is ever published.

He tells MSNBC.com, “If Mr. Barresi were to publish what we have seen on that website, I absolutely would recommend appropriate legal action against both Mr. Barresi and the publisher."
