| | | | Monaco | The race is run entirely over a street course, with Monaco’s city streets, normally packed with traffic in front of luxury hotels and high-class boutiques, closed for the race weekend. Here, first and second gears are used heavily, and surface grip is quite a bit lower compared to normal circuits. This combination demands completely different and unique settings compared to other races. This is also the only GP where the overall Race distance is reduced from the normal 300km to 260km. Friday is a dark day, with practice held on Thursday.
