New section for shares

Will it be possible to open a section for shares and trading? We could have it on experimental basis for the time being and if there is proper response then we can continue to have it. I feel this will draw in some more members. Would like to know others' responses though. I hope it will be feasible for a fun portal, but still i feel its worth a try. We may not have live updates of markets, but atleast we can have a place where we can discuss it.

Nice idea.. But how many people are interested?

We dont want it to be like the books section. Otherwise a sticky thread in Chitchat wil do.

Or may be, we start with a sticky thread in chitchat and if response is good, we go ahead with new section.

judging by the books section, i don't think we need a new section for shares.
I really am sad about the books section though

The biggest good of such section is that we can read books based on what others read. Its been a complete flop show.

And we had a gaming section here which too turned out to be flop show as no one posted probably due to TE
