FE as its getting pretty boring these days. I thought of some ideas , here they are :
The Layout of all the sections can be a bit better. Here is wat i have in my mind :

18+ - A Section visible to Privileged members of
FE who are also Adults. Could contain any Adult material. Also there won't be any filters for Language
Could be awesome Fun !! I Proposed this because even according to safin ,
FE is more of a youth site rather then a Family site and most of us at
FE are above 18 anyway so i don't see any problem.

So the above was the Layout which IMO will suit better @
FE. Anyways , lets discuss the new sections in detail :
Foodie : I wonder why this section is not there on fun site like
FE. I mean everybody loves food. There can be all sought of discussions in this section including one's favorite hang out joints or any new restaurants that have opened in the city or any interesting recipe or pics of what you ate etc etc etc. The List is Huge. Above all this section could actually prove to be educational along with fun
The Hall of Fame : Okay we do have 3 awards currently but I think we can expand the system further.
Here is a rough idea of
FE awards :
Member of the Month - This Reward is to be awarded to the members who have contributed generously to
FE during a month. The factors like reps , posts and the quality of the posted material are to be taken into account. The decision will be made by the
FE members. Mods will nominate 5 members at the end of each month for the MOM award and
FE members will then Vote for the MOM. The MOM will get goodies like nickels , Reps and a custom Badge.
Wella of the week award
Star of the week award
Contributer of the week award - Okay , there is a Flaw in the system that we have currently. There is a difference between a contributor and a spammer. Posts made in TP games or Introductions should not be counted for this award.
Spammer of the week award - Posts made only in TP games and Introduction sections are to be counted.
Coolest Thread of the week award ( To be decided by mods )
Lamest Thread of the week award ( To be decided by mods )
Avatar of the Week/Month Award - to be decided by
FE members Via Vote.
Signature of the week/Month - to be decided by
FE members via vote.
Gamer of the week - awarded to the person winning maximum no. of arcade games that week.
Gambler of the week - awarded to the person winning the most in casino that week.
More Ideas are appreciated. Right now i can think of only these many awards. Anyways the important thing is that there has to be a Badge or a link or something that should be visible along with the username to increase the value of these awards and ofcourse to add a bling factor to the user

NICKELS - Okay now lets discuss about Nickels. As of now ... i really don't see much use of them which is sad because its a beautiful concept which not many sites use. We will have to think of something better to do with your nickels. The Things we can do now with nickels are actually the things we should be able to do without any nickel crap , seriously spending 500 bucks to purchase boldusername really pisses me off , not because i am spending niks but because the whole procedure is so irritating.
What i propose is that
FE should have a Shop where we can spend nickels and purchase interesting virtual stuff ( by interesting i do not mean bold or colored user name
) We can call it the
FE shop or the
FE store or the
FE mall or anything
Now what we can actually purchase is the topic of debate. All your valuable inputs will be appreciated.
IMO one interesting thing that we can do with nickels is that we can purchase stuff for our profile page ( more on this later )

Profile Page - Just now i mentioned that we can purchase stuff for our profile page through nickels. In order to do that we must have a profile page and not just your ordinary
FE profile page but something similar to Hi5 , Myspace or orkut. Many of you must be familiar with sites like hi5 and myspace. How about we have a similar highly customizable profile page for
FE ? The profile page can contain everything from your hometown to your favorite movies or songs etc. This way we can even know other members a little better. Now the profile page can contain alot of bling .... like background images or cool animated avatars or cool skins .... basically the options available in hi5 type profile pages ( i hope you get the idea ).

Contests - Well we can have contests to attract crowd. Contests similar to Roadies battleground. we can have debates , avatar making contest or best signature contest or something similar. This will keep the activity in check and urge members to participate and post. The prizes to be given can be decided by safin. But i was thinking more on the sides of free rapidshare account or something similar.

Activity - The Biggest Concern of
FE is the member activity. People do visit the forum but seldom do they post good stuff. And to make matter worse ... some of the mods @
FE are too busy to even post something let alone moderate. The reason for this is probably they have taken their job for granted. Being a mod of a big site is a major responsibility , if one is too busy to realize that , its in the best interest of the community that the person resigns. In short no offense but
FE needs new motivated staff. I don't see many Staff members active these days. You may argue that they are busy in personal lives but then again its best if they step down if they are too busy.
Okay ... so these were my Random Ramblings. Hope my ideas are useful to the community. Will be great if we can have a discussion on these things. Its been a long post

I have been asking for a high stake event for god knows how long. You can check the event request thread for proof. As for the 18+ section , there is no need to blast one point of my post. An 18+ section doesn't mean we will post porn. But some mature stuff .... like funny images , adult jokes etc can go in that section. How about you express your views on the other parts of my post.
