Ronaldo adds to tally with win Real Madrid wonderboy Cristiano Ronaldo has expressed his delight after his side's Wednesday night win over Villarreal.
The Portugal international scored again to bring his personal tally to five goals from just four appearances, in a game that ended 2-0 to in favour of Los Blancos.
Ronaldo is now the first player in Madrid's history to score in his first four Primera Liga games for the club.
Speaking to AS, the 24-year-old star said: "I'm very happy with the win and also because I am scoring goals."
Both Ronaldo and Real Madrid can breathe a sigh of relief, as only a win would have sufficed for fans and critics alike.
Kaka, who bagged Real's second, declared: "Villarreal are a tough team at home, but we did it. They had a lot of the ball, but we scored first and in the second half.
"It took us a while to get going because they pressured from the very start, but we slowly warmed up and managed to play the way we like to."
"When Kaka scored, we were a lot more calm," Ronaldo added.
