AC Milan have confirmed they have reached an agreement with Real Madrid for the transfer of Klass Jan Huntelaar to the Italian club.
A statement on the club's website revealed the 25-year-old striker will arrive in Milan tomorrow to undergo a medical.
Huntelaar is then set to sign a deal until June 2013 with the Rossoneri.
Madrid also confirmed the move in a short statement on their official website.
Holland international Huntelaar only moved to the Bernabeu from Ajax in January, but has found life difficult in Spain and has been unable to hold down a regular starting spot in the side.
The arrival of several big-name players over the summer - including Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema - saw Huntelaar pushed even further down the attacking order and Madrid made it clear they would listen to offers for the Dutchman.
A proposed move to Stuttgart was turned down by the player while Tottenham had also expressed an interest in Huntelaar, who scored eight goals in 20 Primera Division appearances.
But Milan appear to have won the race for his signature, with Huntelaar now set to line up alongside former international team-mate Clarence Seedorf next season. AC Milan agree Huntelaar deal | ESPNSTAR.com ---------------------------------------------- |

The Dutchman is believed to be on his way to Munich today to undergo a medical and sign a contract in a deal worth in the region of 25 million euros after Bayern general manager Uli Hoeness reportedly flew to Madrid yesterday for talks with Real president Florentino Perez.
Perez has already confirmed an agreement has been reached between the two clubs in an interview on Spanish radio station Onda Cero, but Bayern will not confirm the deal until the player has signed.
Should the deal go through today, Robben would be free to make his Bayern debut in Saturday's Bundesliga clash with defending champions Wolfsburg. Bayern close in on Robben swoop | ESPNSTAR.com

Rep Power: 23 Nickels: 425.16 Bank: 40,000.00 | | Re: Transfer news and Rumours: 2009-10 Sneijder sad but excited with move Wesley Sneijder feels he is swapping "one great club for another" as he completes his move from Real Madrid to Inter Milan.
Although the transfer has yet to be officially confirmed by either Madrid or Inter, media reports in Spain suggest a deal has been finalised for the 25-year-old Dutchman to join the Italian champions for a fee of around 15million euros.
Speaking to Marca about the seemingly imminent switch, Sneijder admits it is not easy to say goodbye to Madrid after two years at the Bernabeu but insists he is now looking forward to his new life at the San Siro.
"I'm going with my head high. I'm going to a great team, there's no doubt about that. I've been very happy here but now I have to look ahead and focus on my new team," said the former Ajax midfielder, who is set to bid farewell to his Madrid team-mates at their Valdebebas training ground this morning.
"The truth is that I was very happy here, it's something I cannot deny. It makes me sad to go but that's the way it is. That's life. Now the only thing I can say is that I'm happy. I'm changing one great club for another great club."
Although Sneijder preferred not to talk too much about the circumstances surrounding his exit from Madrid, he admitted he found it odd that the club were willing to sell him even though coach Manuel Pellegrini appeared to want him to stay.
"What has happened with me is something very strange. The coach said he counted on me but there are people at the club who don't," said Sneijder, who admits to having been left with a bad taste in the mouth.
"They have treated me very badly but I prefer not to talk about it.
