Media outlets are claiming that Milan agreed to release the 27-year old Brazilian after confirming that their French star Yoann Gourcuff will return to the San Siro after a stellar loan spell at Bordeaux,
Gourcuff has however since signed a permanent deal with the Ligue 1 outfit to once again shroud Kaka's future in doubt.
Milan vice president Adriano Galliani quickly moved to quell any transfer rumors though, insisting that Kaka is committed to the Rossoneri.
Kaka echoed Galliani's statement, adding: "I've always said that I love it in Milan."
Galliani was less certain about the future of manager Carlo Ancelotti, who is expected to leave for Chelsea once the Serie a season ends this weekend.
"We'll talk about it on Monday," said Galliani. ---------------------------------------------- |

After playing a big part in taking Arsenal to the final of the UCL they sold him to a team that they lost against. The "horseface" henry, as Ryan calls him was the biggest influence for the gunners and losing him hasn't brought any luck for Arsenal. Their trophy cabinet at emirates is still empty

According to the News of the World, the Eastlands side will land the disgruntled Manchester United star for a mammoth 32million pounds, thereby frustrating Reds boss Rafa Benitez who had made the diminutive striker one of his main transfer targets.
The Argentina international is the latest in a long line of footballing superstars to be linked with a move to City and is thought to have been offered a four-year deal worth some 140,000 pounds a week.
Tevez, who has also been courted by Spanish giants Real Madrid, has made no secret of his desire to leave Old Trafford, recently telling a radio station in his homeland: "I know that I am not going to continue at Manchester United.
"I feel that they have lacked respect towards me. I feel I have been badly treated.
"There are ways in which the club is managed that I don't understand. When you don't agree with the manager in how the club is run... I don't have faith in a lot of things that happen here.
"I've been here for two years and the directors have never come to speak to me. Not once have I had a meeting with them."
With City's rich Arab backers eager for Mark Hughes' men to improve on the tenth place they achieved this season in the Barclays Premier League, the City hierarchy are believed to have matched the 32million pounds Kia Joorabchian, who heads the consortium that owns Tevez, is demanding for his prized asset.
The tabloid also reports that Joorabchian is due to have further talks with United officials this coming week, although the chances of him getting assurances that Tevez will be a key player for the Red Devils next season are looking increasingly slender.

Rep Power: 23 Nickels: 517.16 Bank: 40,000.00 | | Ancelotti wants Kaka for Blues Carlo Ancelotti is widely tipped as the next Chelsea manager - and admits he would like Kaka to be his first signing.
The 49-year-old left the Rossoneri after over seven years in charge following a 2-0 win at Fiorentina this afternoon which secured third in Serie A and a place in the group stages of the Champions League.
Ancelotti, who twice made Milan European champions, is now set to be named as Guus Hiddink's replacement at Stamford Bridge for next season even if he insists his next posting has not been confirmed.
When asked whether he had met with any representative of Chelsea over the last few weeks, Ancelotti said "no", adding that "today is not the day for that".
He added: "I have had eight great years here and I want to thank everybody who has been with me over these years.
"That is all I can say today."
Ancelotti continued to claim his next move was not decided but ruled out staying in Serie A.
"I am certainly not staying in Italy," he added.
"But it is not certain that I am going to London for sure either."
Wherever he does go - and the chances of the man who has won two Champions League titles, one Scudetto, two European Supercups and the World Club Cup remaining unemployed for the next season remain remote - he would like to take Kaka with him.
But he admitted the Brazilian was unlikely to follow.
"There is one player I would like to take, but I cannot take him with me," he said.
And if his destination is Chelsea, he will find a team in buoyant mood after winning the FA Cup, and Ancelotti took his hat off to the man he would replace in London.
"Hiddink is one of the coaches I respect the most and I am happy that he did a great job with Chelsea," he said.
Ancelotti explained how the decision to part company was made when general manager Adriano Galliani met him in the dressing room after the match.
"We agreed not to continue," said a relieved looking Ancelotti.
"It was a decision made with the maximum serenity and respect.
"For the club and for me it was right to change and there was no bitterness or disappointment.
"Today I was happy because Milan have made it into the Champions League and I want to thank everybody who has followed me along this beautiful path.
"Obviously there were some difficulties along the way, but it will always be a great memory.
"Our roads may be separating, but I will remain a friend with everybody here."
No sooner had Ancelotti saluted the media at Florence's Stadio Artemio Franchi when Galliani confirmed that his place in the Milan hotseat will be taken by coaching rookie Leonardo next season.
"Leonardo is our new coach and he will be presented at the San Siro tomorrow at 12pm," he said before confirming that he and Ancelotti will remain on good terms.
"We had reached our minimum aim for the season and we decided to bring our working relationship to an end one year early.
"The decision was met not only in a friendly manner, but in a very friendly one."
