According to Spanish daily Marca - the Real Madrid presidential candidate has agreed a deal with both Milan and Kaka's representatives and will announce the agreement in the first week of June.
The fee agreed is around £52 million and the only outstanding point is the agents fee due Kaka's Dad, Bosco Leite.
Brazilian media sources have also carried the story, saying that an agreement has already been struck over personal terms between Perez and Kaka's minders.
The deal will be for five years and worth £8 million-a-season to Kaka, with a 50:50 split of revenue from image rights.
The agreement will make Kaka far and above the highest paid player at Real, out-stripping skipper and Madrid idol Raul. ---------------------------------------------- |

I wish if they could spend 10% of the attention to building their squad rather than stealing the stars of other teams. They were lucky to win la liga last time, but i see their dry run would continue for a longer time. Real greatness is legacy, Man United and Barca are the teams of the new millennium

manchester city are following them as well, they are also going for every other player in the market.............its just that they arent a well established team so nobody is interested.
Real Madrid actually doesnt harness talent of their domestic players like other clubs do..........i cant remeber any legend being made form the streets of madrid!!!

Absolutely, Raul and Guti are the exceptions. For a club as big and rich as Real madrid, u expect more youth talent to come from their academy. Compare that to Barca, United and Arsenal (though they have gone a bit too far to invest in youth) who have been investing in academy and backing up with results.
On a second thought Real buys all the stars just for the commercial reasons so that they can keep their 'richest club in the world' tag intact
