shut up and dont turn this f1 thread into a cricket one.
was too busy to comment yesterday. it was a brilliant race first of all.
a great great race..i don remember the last time i saw such an exciting race.
brilliant drives by schumi, alonso and kimi (till the time he was on track)
all of em showed why they are the 3 best drivers on the grid currently.
tactically and strategically, renault (upto some extent) and mclaren(completely)
failed to deliver which helped ferrari to accumulate some much needed points.
lets start with my fav. driver kimi. he was awesome and started with a flyer.
he was fast straight off the line and executed two good overtaking moves.
now comes schumi. i was and i am still supporting schumi to take the honors this
season. i like supporting drivers who has the potential to come back from behind.
it was a great drive from schumi and the overtaking move on fisi was executed
with perfection. alonso was brilliant as well. if not for the mid section where
his tyres failed to deliver, the story wud have been very different. he was 26 sec.
ahead of schumi at the time of 1st pit-stop. then came the turn around. he still
managed to crawl back to 2nd place by the end of the race.
the most exciting incident of the race for me was when schumi was trying to
overtake alonso and fisi was doing his best to protect alonso. that was awesome
team play. its disappointing that alonso was too slow to take any advantage.
it again emphasizes the importance of a team man in any team. rubens played
it to perfection in his ferrari days and now fisi is doing the same for alonso. i hope
massa does the same for kimi if kimi is to become a champ at ferrari.
