Ralf Schumacher has announced that he will leave Toyota at the end of the season after three years with the Japanese team.

"Having been a Toyota driver in the past three years, I opted for looking for a new challenge," he said in a statement on his personal website.

“For me, the financial aspect is far less important than the chance of being involved in the development of a car and being successful afterwards."

Not surprising. He was never really one with the team. also, factor in his astronomical salary and his performance comnpared to Trulli, and it was destined to end like this.

He was supposed to lead Toyota to Success like his brother did to Ferrari. unfortunately, the skilllevels are in contrast even though they are brothers

I will be surprised if he will be driving one of the spykers. He will end up with better teams considering the kind of experience he has. Probably BMW or Williams..

No way !! Absolutely not. If you forget, he was with Williams for ages. He hardly did anything. But his best years were with that team. He won a few races and got many more points than he is getting now

And at that time BMW was Williams' engine partner and so, now, they also wont go for him.

BMW already have a settled pair of drivers with Heidfeld and Kubica.
