1) Don't tell the hero your plan.

2) Remove all air ducts large enough to hold a person.

3) Don't make some elaborate plan that gives the hero enough time to plan and execute a way to stop you.

4) Never take hostages-one of them is always the good guy.

5) Make sure all your guards know how to fight, shoot their weapon and how to sound the alarm.

6) Treat all your guards with respect-you don't want them turning their back on you.

7) If the hero is captured, kill him immediately. Don't allow him time to escape. It will all go to hell from there.

8 )Never underestimate the hero's sidekick.

9) See the plan through to the end. Don't leave sometime in the middle so you can escape.

10) Find the strongest weapons possible and give them to your guards. That way if someone gets in their way, the guards can handle it.

11) Hire as many guards as possible-initiate the buddy system.
