Hey guys here is an application from a gut who was unable to goto office as he had an accident

DEAR SIR
SORRY I WAS UNABLE TO COME TO OFFICE AS I HAD AN ACCIDENT..
ACTUALLY I CRASHED ON A CARAT OF COCA COLAS...
SO I AM SORRY FOR THAT...
HERE IS AN ATTACHED COPY OF MY XRAY REPORT AFTER THE ACCIDENT
