Thank you so much for a great response to the Short Story Contest that we ran 10 days back. Your response and enthusiasm has flattered us and also plesently surprised all of us
Thank you to all those who took part. We are giving all participants 500Nickels as a participation bonus.
Now for the winner.
All of us have been mighty impressed by the submissions. Everyone took the contest very seriously and the work presented was marvelous. Enough said that we couldn't actually reach a consensus on the winner, as much as we would have liked to. I think thats a testament to how good the stories were and how close the competition was.
In the end by a 2-1 vote, we have decided on the winner, and i believe that his work thoroughly deserves it.
I would like to thank all those who participated in the contest. All are winners,yaar.We wanted the contest to be a success.And watching the enthusiasm of all the participating members was all worth the efforts.
I thank the management and staff for all the hard work ( ) that went into making this contest as success.
Thanks again. I hope, we will see more participation from members,the next time around.
